POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for engaging our customers in their neighborhoods for the purpose of setting qualified appointments.
Pay range $15 per hour plus bonuses.
10 to 30+ hour schedules are available Monday – Sunday
(these schedules can include evenings and weekends between the hours of 9:00 am and 8:30 pm).
Medical/Dental/Vision coverage available to those working regularly over 30 hours per week after 60 days of employment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication skills and understanding of persuasive dialog.
• Must be able to withstand the rigors of frequent daily travel and knowledge of using a Tablet.
• Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times while representing our brand – any time you have our shirt on you are representing our company!
• Uniform requirements shall be met at all times – polo shirt, no jeans, no T-shirts, etc.
• Setting up qualified appointments with potential customers.
• Meet or exceed activity and appointment goals within system guidelines.
• Maintains a functional familiarity with RbA of Sacramento’s suite of products and services.
• Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all company employees, suppliers and customers.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and positive customer service relations.
• Must have your own cell phone to communicate with management.
• Must have your own vehicle and be available to work most weekends.
• Meet with management once monthly to discuss results, opinions and strategies.
• Meet or exceed activity and appointment goals within system guidelines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demand described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, and carry. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and use hands. Communication requirements include verbal speech and written communication. Neighborhood Marketers work outdoors year-round including very hot and very cold temperatures. They may be required to work in the rain and snow. They may be exposed to the allergens existing in the outdoor environment of the greater Sacramento Valley and surrounding foothills.
